Anecdotes
- Who can forget the now legendary 24 Bar - including the final weekend extravaganza that included 30+ bands over 3 days headlined by Tea and Sympathy and Lily Liver.
- Prior to its resurrection as a new music venue in 1992, it was much frequented by U.S. Postal workers from the Minneapolis Central Post Office, just across the street.
- Though it closed in February of 1994, The 24 Bar just turned up in the Rank Strangers' song Curtains. Read the lyrics [here http://howwastheshow.tumblr.com/post/32356305].
