Andy Bothwell is a hip-hop artist based in Minneapolis, performing under the name Astronautalis.

Bothwell originally hails from Maryland, and first established himself as a rapper in Jacksonville, Florida and Dallas, Texas (where he attended Southern Methodist University, studying theater).
He is known for his prodigious freestyling ability, often using topics solicited from live audiences.
