History

Aurascape could be classified as a Neo-Prog or New Romantic electronica band that features lush synthesizers, classical piano, skittering beats, and harmonized female vocals.

The band's roots are in the core duo of Charles and Kelly Sadler's former project Little Tin Box (2001-2007). After adding M.J. Lexvold on back-up vocals and Jonathan Ford on beats and samples, the group decided on a new name and a fresh start.

Aurascape made its live debut March 7th, 2008 at Ground Zero in Minneapolis. A single demo, "The Little Boat," was produced in late 2007 by Colin Mansfield. Mr. Mansfield is slated to produce the group's first album.
