History
Future Lisa, a musician and performance artist, has been hosting cabaret style shows and benefits and performing on her Roland keyboard around the Twin Cities since June 2001.
Her music has been described as "jazz-rock-poetry-punk" by the City Pages and she has been compared to Patti Smith, the Fiery Furnaces, Lou Reed and PJ Harvey among others. Originally from New Jersey, she now calls Minnesota her home. She performs both solo and with Bryan Miller backing her on drums/and or Paul Collette on guitar and Jacques Wait on bass.
