Grumpy's Bar & Grill has three locations in the Twin Cities area (see below) and are owned by Tom Hazelmeyer and Pat Dwyer of Amphetamine_Reptile. Favored by locals and out of town folks as the best hang outs in the Twin Cities.

Grumpy's Nordeast - Once the church bells have stopped ringing, folks of all shapes and sizes head over to Grumpy's for a few drinks and turns at the primarily punk and funk-filled jukebox. There's TV too, and you may be relieved that you're more likely to see "Rocky & Bullwinkle" cartoons instead of sports.
