MusicScene Network

MusicScene, "The MusicScene Network", usually known simply as MusicScene or MusicScene.org, is a Minneapolis-based Internet Community Supported Music Resource. Scope is largely, but not limited to, the Music of Minnesota.
The site, which was established in 1995, is a directory and a community for musicians, fans and industry folk. Links to local band web sites, recording studios, nightclubs, agents, online magazines, an events listing and discussion area.

History
MusicScene was created in Minneapolis, Minnesota in mid 1995 by Conal “Reverend Gonzo” Garrity, then working at KVSC in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. In early 1996, “Chris” Shawn Lee came on board to help with the growing information database. Music Calendar maintained by Scott Pakudaitis since 1999 of The Twin Cities Alternative Shows List.
