No Bird Sing

No Bird Sing is a St. Paul, MN-based Hip-Hop trio comprised of Eric Blair, Robert Mulrennan and Graham O'Brien. Their music offers a passionate blend of strong rock talent and a quick-lipped frontman. With a single guitar and a drumset running the background music, their songs often run in the strained ambient rock vein of Pink Flyod, Radiohead or Muse. There is a sureness in where each song is headed even when the music is chaotic. Layered with the harsh, confessional and poetic lyrics, the overall sound recalls Hip-Hop greats The Roots and Minneapolis's own Atmosphere. There is no doubt that No Bird Sing is on track to become a staple of the Twin Cities music scene.
