Phil Meyer was the drummer for Full Metal Hangover.
Phil also briefly lead Vinnie and the Stardusters, taking complete artistic control of the band and renaming it "Phil Meyer's Vinnie and the Stardusters" Shortly thereafter, Eric Dregni brought in drummer Nick Hook to oust Phil from the band in order to allow Eric to continue his vision of a more "naughty" sound.
