The Twin Cities Underground is a youth center on Lake Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota for 12 to 21 year olds. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity run by volunteers. The youth volunteers have weekly meetings to discuss and vote on all aspects of operation, and adults have a minumum impact on operation.

The main activity is music and spoken word on Friday and Saturday nights, although other activities such as art shows, video screenings, and work shops are also organized through the center. Things are made to be as youth-friendly as possible, with a low admission charge and a safe, drug-free enviroment.

In August 2005, the Underground sponsered a day long music festival on Lake Street, with youth bands headlining. Since the center opened in 2003, over 6,500 youth have attended events at TC Underground.
